This is an early-stage placeholder privacy notice for Tensoreum Group Inc. ("Tensoreum"). It will be replaced with a full notice once the product is generally available. Until then, the summary below is the operating policy.

What we collect

We collect a single piece of personal data from this site: the email address you submit via the waitlist form. We may also log a salted SHA-256 hash of your IP address and your browser's user-agent string so we can rate-limit abusive traffic.

What we do with it

We use your email solely to keep you informed about the Tensoreum Source product launch and to send you a one-time confirmation that you joined the waitlist. We do not use it for marketing campaigns unrelated to Tensoreum, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising.

Where it lives

Waitlist data is stored in a managed Postgres database operated by Supabase, Inc. Confirmation emails are delivered through Resend, Inc. Both are processors acting on our behalf and bound by their own contractual security and privacy commitments.

Deleting your data

Email hello@tensoreum.com from the address you signed up with and we will remove your record from the waitlist within a reasonable time and confirm by reply.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses Vercel's privacy-friendly Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which do not set cookies and do not collect personally identifying information. No third-party tracking pixels are loaded.
